Senior Info (College & Post-Grad)

Seniors, it's almost college application season! Planning to apply to a UC, CSU, or private university? Sign up for an individual appointment with your counselor starting in late September. 

We can help with:

  • Inputting your transcript Reviewing personal statements (UC only)
  • Supporting all things application-related

If you are attending Sierra College or a tech school first, appointments will open in the spring term. Before Your Appointment:

  1. Create your UC Application account, CSU Apply account, and/or Common App account.
  2. Bring your computer to the counseling office (we will print your transcript for you).
  3. Logging into your CaliforniaColleges.edu account can simplify your application process.

Important Dates:

  • UC Applications: Submit from October 1-December 2nd (Open now to begin working on them)
  • CSU Applications: Submit from October 1- December 2nd (Applications do not open until October 1st)
  • Private Universities: Check each university for specific dates and deadlines

Note: If you are applying to CSU’s, please schedule your appointment starting in October.
