Cal-GETC
Cal-GETC (California General Education Transfer Curriculum) is a general education pathway that allows California community college students to satisfy lower-division requirements for both the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems. (This replaced the IGETC and CSU GE-Breadth patterns.)
Students may take as many college courses as they would like, but only a select few courses are on the path to transfer to a 4-year California university.
