All parents/guardians must complete Data Confirmation prior to students arriving for Panther Pick-Up Days or any Orientation or they will NOT receive a schedule until it is complete!!!

TIP: Be sure to purchase the 4-year Protection Plan - it's cheaper (only $90) than the most commonly repaired item (the laptop screen at $99). Click link above for more info!

Photos will be taking at one of the Panther Pick-Up Stations. This is both your Yearbook photo and your student ID photo.

Grades: This station is for grades 9-11 only. 12th Grade Senior Portrait information is coming soon (your 11th grade student ID photo will be used again for your 12th grade year).

Student ID is Digital! Download the Minga.io app on your phone (with parent permission) prior to arriving and we will help you get logged in when you arrive at Panther Pick-Up. (For students without parent permission for the Minga.io app or digital ID use, hard copies of your student ID will be made available after the first day of school.)

Frequently Asked Questions

1. When and how do we pick our classes? Returning students and incoming Freshmen completed their course requests last spring. Brand new students submit their requests during the school registration process.

2. When can we view our schedules? Hard copies will be available to students who parents/guardians completed the Data Confirmation process.
3. How do we change our schedule? Counselors will email students the week of the Panther Pick-Up Days with instructions.
4. When is the last day to change our schedule? Requests must be submitted in the Google Form in your email sent by the counselors by the first day of school no later than 4pm.
5. 1st/4th Period Off Policy

Order your items ahead of time and have your items ready for pick up at Panther Pick-Up Day! (Student ID# is required to order online. New students must wait until they receive their Student ID# which typically takes place in late July. Visit the Freshman Orientation page for more details and help.)

3. Click on "Online Webstore" to view and purchase items online. (Must have your Student ID available to make any purchases (new students must wait until after July 15th).

Brand New Student Orientation

If you are a brand new incoming 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student, we want to tell you how excited we are to have you! We have a special orientation for all grade levels so you can get a private tour, get assistance through each step of fall registration process (we call it "Panther Pick-Up Days") and get you connected to our amazing school!

You will receive a personalized tour of campus and help to go through each of the stations so you have that one-on-one personal assistance to ensure you are ready for your first day of school. It's always a great day to be a Panther!

• Where to Go: Front of the Administration Building (near the West Park High School Sign in the front lawn). Wait here until someone comes to greet you.

  • Walking Shoes - the Student Leaders will be taking you on a tour of our beautiful campus.
  • Backpack - to carry your Chromebook and charging cables and store purchases.
  • Come camera ready! You will be taking your yearbook and student ID photos!
